Papers prepared outside of the following rules, even if presented, will not be published in the IEEE Xplorer, as they will not be formatally accepted by the IEEE. For this reason, the following steps must be fully implemented.
For the paper template, the template given on the web page must be strictly observed. (Unsuitable papers will not be indexed by the IEEE.)
Pages should not have page numbers.
The appropriate IEEE copyright notice given above must be found at the bottom left of the first page, indicated by "XXX-X-XXXX-XXXXX / XX / $ XX.00 © 20XX IEEE".
The paper should be converted to PDF format and uploaded to the system.
PDF eXpress is required to use and pass confirmation to convert to PDF format.
